This is a joke chart. Each tier goes one step further into the underground hideout where Saddam Hussein was captured in December 2003, beside a column of cartoon faces that gets more haggard with every tier. The last tier copies the "do not Google" warning that real iceberg charts use for disturbing entries. Entries reflect the chart author's choices and are not verified fact.
